Yep. Did all that. The program tried to run, then did nothing.

Ouch. The only thing I could think of is that if you use an anti-virus like norton it might be deleting the DLL files upon unzipping. If that's the case I'll need to make a installer for the game rather then ask people to unzip the contents.
