In my experience, pain and tickling are antonymous with one another. I've known sadistic guys who get a boner from thumping on women try without success to justify their actions by saying it's no different than a tickling fetish.
Pain is the body's way of warning us that harm is occurring. It's a warning that most doctors will agree is wisely heeded.
Tickling occurs completely outside of the realm of harm and injury.
