I would start with her armpits, then go to her rib cage, then to her thighs and the backs of her knees.
After that, I would camp out at her soles and tickle them and lick them for an hour.

That all depends on her reactions. I'd begin drawing lazy circles on her soles. Not furious tickling, just subtle. How would she react verbally and physically to that?
