I was watching vid recently with them saying breasts are rarely a ticklish spot and hardly any model ever does.
So are breasts really very ticklish spots?
 
For me it can depend. If I'm standing or sitting, no. But if I'm flat on my back, omg, very much so.
 
I've known some women with very ticklish breasts. My last girlfriend would just explode with laughter if I stroked the outer curve of her boobs. Some women also have very ticklish nipples, but as I understand it that isn't much fun.
 
My partner's nipples and surrounds are only ticklish post-orgasm. Sometimes on the odd occasional occasion (occasional occasion?!) but not usually.

Completely depends on the person-
Mine are ridiculously ticklish absolutely everywhere.
 
Some women may have ticklish breasts and some may not. I've seen plenty of tickling videos that show women with extremely ticklish breasts and nipples.
