OK technically not a celebrity, but this cute blonde youtuber, with the channel Popcorn in Bed, admits to having ticklish feet while reacting to the movie "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" at 22:48
In another movie reaction (I think it was the Mel Gibson movie, "Forever Young") she said she hates being tickled, so PLEASE don't flood her inbox with requests for tickling videos. People who do that crap give our community a bad rap.

I remember she kind of alluded to it in her Pulp Fiction reaction, when they talk about foot massages and Sam Jackson says, "I dont be tickling or nothing" she comments, "That's important".

Glad to have more confirmation, shes gorgeous and genuinely a fun person to watch react to movies and shows. And seconded for people please don't ask her about it, amazing how people don't understand all that does is make it LESS likely for someone to bring up tickling or show their feet or whatever.

That's a great find! Though the OP was right when talking about her reaction to Forever Young, she says she hates it there too. That is an especially good video because her sister who's just as cute says she hates being tickled, essentially confirming she's ticklish as well. Then Cassie talks about hating it and its not her fault when she punches and fights back.
