I do wish there was a device at the foot of the rack to hold their feet in place so the tickler doesn't have to use one hand to hold her foot still...

I am going to be adding ankle stocks to the new rack eventually. I might use the rack before the stocks are on it, but the stocks will definitely be there at some point.
