The unknown subject is thought to be a white male whose age is a mystery. We believe that he does this for personal satisfaction, and not for financial incentive. Although he may receive gratification from the act, he may or may not be sexually interested in a victim, making his choice in victim extremely unpredictable. The victims are always female.
We believe that the subject is mostly disconnected from society, and that these encounters have been his main social activity. His neighbors or people around him will not be surprised to find out that he has been involved in something unusual. This isolation further fuels his behavior, and actually enhances his ability to tickle torture his victims. It's like he is not even a real person.
