It's moments like these that I'm very glad the guy I play with isn't a member here.

I totally love teasing a tied woman all around the hipbones and the crease where the thigh and hip meet. It can be so much fun when you can take your time and vary the pressure and intensity.

As for the backs of the knees, I especially like to use my mouth for that spot-- light flicks of the tongue, sucking while swirling the tongue, nibbling with the teeth after wetting the area with the tongue, doing anything to that spot with the tongue, lol

The backs of the knees are such a special spot because they are so soft. The same techniques are nice to use on the hip crease, inside of elbows, wrists, armpits, neck, arch of the foot, and of course the toes.

You tickle one side of the hips and your 'lee tries to roll onto that side to cover it from you, which totally exposes the other side. I love tickling there.

...my wife is insanely ticklish behind her knees, and probably even more than anywhere else because it hasn't been tickled to death... Probably we don't see it much in videos because there aren't too many people with a "knee/behind-the-knee" fetish, and vid producers are trying to capture the tickling and the foot folks.

But that's exactly my point: it feels like every tk vid producer wants to capture those same segments of the tk fetish market all the time. Hey, I can understand wanting to do what works. Nothing wrong with that. But can't they make one or two videos focusing on "less popular" areas once in a while??

And by the way, judging from how many folks have chimed in on this thread since my post a couple of weeks ago, there is clearly some interest! Could it mean, perhaps, that the "knee/kneepit[/leg]" -tickle fetish is more popular than people realize? Who knows? There might very well be a whole untapped market out there, waiting for at least one pioneering fetish vid producer willing to go after it. And I betcha if even a single successful video of that type came out, others would soon follow. Done properly, it could even develop into a niche.

I mean, look at how far we've come. (Ouch, bad pun!) I can recall a time back in the very early 1990's, before the internet and downloadable clips, when you could hardly find tickling videos of any kind. It was mostly plain bondage. If you were **ahem** 'lucky' enough to find a porn shop with a large enough bondage/fetish section, you might occasionally stumble across a small selection of tickling fetish tapes. And I'm sure most of us who remember those days would agree, the subject-matter quality of those old TK vids was generally nowhere near what it is today. I believe that was primarily because the vid producers at the time didn't quite understand the genre; they had almost no concept of what people really wanted to see, nor did they have a good idea of how many people really wanted to see it.

Fast-forward twenty-plus years and there's a wealth of good-to-high quality TK content available. Certain producers are better at it than others, but overall there's just no comparison between now and yesteryear, in terms of quality and quantity. That notwithstanding, as with most things there is still room for growth. Now that we know how big the tickle fetish community really is (or has grown), I say it is well past time to expand, experiment a bit, and add some more variety.

Believe me, if I had the resources I'd do it myself. Hmm, maybe something to aspire to...

Also, for the record: my concept of a leg /knee/kneepit tickling video includes tickling the feet. They go together. A good lower body TK vid must include the feet, I say. (And vice-versa!) Ergo, a vid producer could make an 'esoteric specialty' clip which still appealed to a broader, more generic market base. There's no reason why you couldn't have the best of both worlds, especially if you balanced the two.

That's really the key here: BALANCE. Too many clips advertise variety but wind up still focusing predominantly (and by that I mean, like, ninety-eight percent!) on the usual spots, despite some 'lees being quite ticklish on the unusual ones, like the kneepit/calf/hip/lower legs, etc. It is absolutely maddening to see these areas so consistently neglected, especially when there's obvious potential for something truly different and exciting.

I've described in detail the kind of scenario I'd like to see. if anyone's interested, check out my old post: "Can Anybody Out There Recommend," in the Clip Review forum I believe. it's lengthy, but that's because I go out of my way to paint a very clear picture of exactly what I envision.

At any rate, I'm sure that if a renowned producer like UK Tickling, for example, made such a clip it would be a success, especially if they put some effort into it. With the right 'ler/'lee combination, appropriate bondage, strategically-placed camera angles and good, clean sound... gives me chills just thinking about it.
