No link but IIRC Catwoman's scene in The Batman was her getting licked by some dogs (hyena's maybe?) giggling while saying "Hey that tickles"

Rogue got another tickle scene in the new comic "Mr & Mrs X" issue 1

In it she and Gambit have finally tied the knot and spending their honeymoon in space. Rogue uses a power inhibitor so they can touch and Gambit decides to have some fun with his new wife ;-)
