No link but IIRC Catwoman's scene in The Batman was her getting licked by some dogs (hyena's maybe?) giggling while saying "Hey that tickles"
 
Peter Parker and Mary Jane have both tickled each other (Well , it was implied tickling, anyway. ) in the early 90s Spider-Man comic books
