Tom Cruise (actor) is insanely ticklish, according to Russian website "All Actors", where Tom's Biography contains a list of Fun Facts and Memorabilia, one of which is about the time Tom was shooting "The Color of Money":

Update, 2017: Tom Cruise's ticklishness comes back to haunt him in his latest movie, The Mummy. In fact, he gets tickled on his stomach in the movie and giggles, quite naturally:

In The Mummy, Boutella goes from chained captive on her knees ("I used it to my advantage to be in pain") to the unusual position of sitting on top of Cruise during a fight scene. That led to the actress tickling Cruise's stomach during rehearsals, a spontaneous moment that stayed in the film.

Tom Hardy is ticklish!

Tom Hardy ("Bane" in the new Dark Knight, also from Inception and This Means War), got tickled on his ribs/sides by Gary Oldman at the New York premiere of The Dark Knight Rises. You can't really see him do it, but the reporter says that Tom was "trying to answer questions while being tickled" so that confirms it. Haha. He squirms and smiles, then even tells the reporters that the tickling "really put him off his stride". I thought it was cute.
