Evan Roderick (actor, Arrow, Providence Falls) is ticklish! He admitted his ticklishness in response to a fan question sent directly to him as part of a prompt for a Personalised Video message a few years ago. His reply was quite fun:

Q: Are you ticklish and, if so, where are you the most ticklish?

Evan Roderick:
And then... am I ticklish and where? Yes, I'm very ticklish... Very, especially on my feet, when someone scratches them [wiggles his fingers at the camera]... I can't stand it! [laughs] Where else? Umm, behind the knees and around the waist... When people grab me from behind like this [acts out jumping a little]... You know, scared and ticklish! [laughs] I'm sorry that your siblings do it to you, it can definitely feel like torture... [laughs]

Hopefully, at least some of the tickling happened on the set of Arrow! (And if it did, too bad no one shared a video of Evan getting tickled haha)

I read that John Barrowman tickled Stephen Amell a couple times on set, so perhaps he did the same with Evan.

I think I'd read that during a scene where Stephen was barefoot and tied to something, John, would periodically sneak in foot tickles.

Hehe I think John might also be ticklish, but not sure. He'd be fun to tickle.

Chase Stokes has very ticklish feet, but seems ticklish everywhere in episode one. When asked if he is ticklish in one of those Instagram 'Ask Me Anything' stories, he said "Very".

Austin North admitted on a certan personalised videos app that he is ticklish on his feet and armpits: "And then... Ticklish? On my feet for sure... and maybe my armpits? My neck. Umm I... I'm ticklish... [laughs] I've been asked this before! Anyway [laughs]."
Gary Weeks admitted he is ticklish too in a personalised video: "You also asked am I ticklish? Yes, I am ticklish, but not where most people are [starts tickling his ribs under the armpit] I'm actually ticklish right back here so if you were to grab this and kind of go [digs fingers] Ahh that's it [laughs] that's the spot! You know, there's a reason I don't do this for vey many people. You know... you know I love you when I tell you that because this is a... it makes me feel weird [laughs]." I think in one of the behind the scenes videos on YouTube you could almost see Rudy Pankow starting to tickle Gary in his ticklish spot from behind, but it cut out before a reaction and was not clear enough to say if he was going in for a tickle for sure!
