I sometimes enjoy messing with Lee's more than the actual tickling.

Walking past someone ticklish and whispering "Tickle, tickle," a finger wiggling in their side quickly before moving on.

Or having someone pinned and tracing a finger someplace, telling them you're gonna find a nice spot to make them lose it. Good times.
