With something really soft, like a thread or a feather, yes. May not cause too much laughter but surely can cause me to squirm and shake my head at least - be it on forehead, cheeks, or just below my jawline (top of my throat)

Of course–Virtually any part of the body can be. Even places with no-nerve tissue can invoke a ticklish response because they cause pressure or vibration on adjacent sensitive areas (think fingernails and hair).

i agree with this... its the expressions the face can give away, I love observing all that stuff myself, I am a very visually tickler, visually and sound so laughter.. is the key to me also..and how a person sounds when tickled heh nothing hotter

the ticklish cackling ...so telling
also if you can tickle the lee until they draw out one syllable words into 3-4. IE PLEASE becomes PUUH--LEE-EE-EE-HEEEASE....the more syllables, the more frenzied you have them....
and the guttural gurgles of ticklish defeat....
those nuances are some on my favorite things.....
