Tifa Lockheart tickled in the basement of Don Corneo's Mansion in Final Fantasy 7. Not to mention Aerith awaiting her own torture in the back of the room.

The thugs are having a bit of trouble keeping her legs restrained, so have resorted to holding them in place with rope of their own.
