I've had models produce anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes of usable footage per hour on shoots. They generally safeword, take a five to ten minute break, grab some water, and hop back on the horse.

I used to have them do 3) 8-minute shoots. With outfit-changes, we were usually in and out in an hour.
