Tip my hat to Giants

Well the fat lady isn't singing yet but I hear her warming up loud and clear. I hate to say it but I see the same fire in the Giants as I did in the Phillies 2 years ago. This team for the last year and a half lost there drive, I wonder now if Cincinnati didn't have so many errors if the Phils would of beat them. I can still hope that no way will Halloday.Oswalt and Hamels will lose twice to the same team in the same series but I seen Hamels throw a shutout in the 9th inning this year and not get the win. I think they need to do like the guy in the movie Major League and give the gods rum to wake up the bats.

If the Giants were playing the Reds or Braves, I'd say it was just a matter of time before they march on to claim their NL pennant. And they certainly have the edge here, that's for sure.

But if any team is capable of taking down San Fran in this position, it's the Phillies with the Halladay/Oswalt/Hammels trio for games 5-7, especially going back to Philly if they win tonight.

I'm not saying they will do it, but I think that they're the only NL team that could.

Thank you Aubrey Huff I was hoping for a error or 2 to help till the offense gets back in gear, maybe Aubrey is a member here and read my part of they need to play more like Cincinnati and yes a ugly win has something in common with a nice win.Bingo that's a win.

Let's hope the Rangers finally get their first AL Pennant tonight. They can win it at home.

There's been some excellent pitching in the playoffs so far.

I perfer for the Rangers to win but I like to see Cliff pitch game 7 so if the Phils make it to the big dance we won't see him in the first 2 games.
