Going SLIGHTLY obscure here with this (minor perspective) linear image. Sure, you mention Square, Squaresoft or Square-Enix and people say you know what. But not necessarily these two games...
I'm even willing to bet you might recognize one of these two by name, although her series has fallen quite a lot.
Anyway, a little nasty tickling in a room corner somewhere. The victim? Aya Brea from the Parasite Eve series (the first game was excellent, then it went downhill particularly with the '3rd game') who was quite an enjoyable character in her first two outings. Here the cop is shown in her black evening dress outfit from the beginning of her very first game...in a bit of distress.
The agressor? It's not likely many remember 'The Bouncer', a first generation PS2 Square beat-em-up which definitely had a FF-look to the characters (well, that era...plus the main character probably was the model for Sora in the KH series). Probably because, well, it bombed. Fairly hard. But it had some neat char designs, like villainess Echidna here (who becomes a 'bouncer' at the heroes bar in one ending, btw) who has one insane sense of dress...not to mention hair-style. <:
Echidna is one of those very leggy capoeira users, so I figure she'd be the type to use her own strong thighs to pin a victim's legs like this (almost like...stocks 😉 ). Assuming she first bound their wrists together via rope of course....which Echidna has already done as you can see. She yanks off Aya's heeled sandals and deviously starts tickling her vulnerable feet with her long nails and some good old feather threading between the toes.
I'll also point out Ech has a feather boa-thing of sorts in her artwork (though oddly it never showed up in game) which she's also used on Aya's arms, and draped just right (via a few hard to see nails in the wall) so it brushes beneath the poor girl's raised arms if she wiggles around...and Aya IS squirming. ^^ Maybe Echidna has shoe envy (they have similar footwear)...or sequel envy. 😛
I'm probably not shading this one and leaving it a linear. I think I'll ruin the linework in spots if I try to, particularly in detailed areas like Ech's crazy hair. However, it's open if anyone wants to try a coloring sometime...
