Me personally, I love a nice pint of Real Ale, straight from tap. Or several pints.

Any real ales, preferably English ones;
Single malt Scotch;
Good wine that I get a certain very reputable German company to import from around the world (plus free tasting sessions);
Carlsberg Export (YES there IS a difference);
EDIT: I love Guinness from the tap in Ireland only - I won't touch the shite we get in England, too much travelling. Again, YES there IS a difference but you won't really be able to appreciate it until you try both types.

Hmm...something dry and red if I'm at home. A rough, peaty whisky if I'm feeling introspective. Molson if I'm in Canada, so cold that the bottle hurts my hand. Becks if I'm in the UK. Any lager on tap if I'm in the EU. Tequila, anywhere. Absynthe on a rare night in Manchester. Dirty Martinis if I'm out with the girls.

The dry red is also nice the next day if there's any left, guzzled straight from the bottle while wandering around the flat in a slutty nightdress.

Oh I forgot the non-alcoholic drinks.

Really rich, strong coffee. The espresso at Tapa in Glasgow, a very obscure little cafe in the East End that roasts it's own Fair Trade beans. The coffee in the UK usually tastes like swill, so I'm very pleased to have found this place.

Any coffee, anywhere in France.

Tim Horton's coffee in Canada, a large double-double. Judge not, lest ye be judged😉

A wonderful neighbour I had in NY tought me how to make sun-brewed tea. She came from the south. Amazing. Amazing!

At the pub - Real Ale, preferably dark (par example, Orkney, XX IPA)

At the house - Scotch Whisky, single malt (Callaghan, Glenmorangie), or red wine, preferably a Beaujolais.

Out on the piss - Tequilla Slammers, or Blond Beers such as Hoegarden or Leffé.

Out on the piss means to intentionally get very drunk, with the sole purpose of escaping reality.
