I think he's referring to the arrest/scandal that happened about a year ago. Megan and another model were arrested for some crush/animal torture vids they did about 10-12 years ago. The charges were dropped because of the statute of limitations. The models claimed that they didn't know what they were doing was illegal. However, they obviously had no issues with the acts themselves, legal or not. I've worked with Megan many times. She is pretty typical of models. Fairly pleasant, but sometimes short on common sense. I understand why a producer would choose not to work with her. Many still do as she still has new content appearing on various websites and clip stores.
