TMF Classics Suggestion

I think it would be a good idea if they made a new section on here called TMF classics, where a post of any kind that is really good can go, whether it be a good video, good story, good image or just about anything that is above and beyond a typical post. When people respond to a good post they can say that they want to vote it in to TMF classics, and then if there are enough peoplesuggesting it, a mod can put it in there or something. There can also be a classics section for each type of post(video, image, etc.). This would be a great section to go to wade through the not so interesting posts. Good idea or no?

I think it's always good to have new ideas, and to make new suggestions.
Where would you like to see the TMF classics? What do you consider above and beyond the not so interesting posts? I'd like to hear more about your idea.

Well it wouldnt be up to me if its above and beyond. It would be up to others to vote it in, but I think when there is a relaly intriguing post, it is usually pretty unanimous that it is a good post. For example, the TMNT clip of April being tickled is a classic, and on the other hand, every single post ever made by that sadcuznotticklish person is completely uninteresting. The section could be anyway on the front page, and maybe it could be called TMF hall of fame instead.

There used to be a suggestion spot on this forum, but I'm not sure if anyone reads that anymore.

It would be nice to only have to deal with the posts that interest you. Good luck. 😀

We do have the Golden Feather Awards for some categories, but not for classic (or hall of fame quality) posts. Interesting suggestion.

I think it's a good idea. Post it in the suggestions and feedback section if you want the admins to consider it.
