The New York Jets, Degeneration-X and Georgia Thunder (me) have all secured playoff spots in the 6 team playoffs. There are technically 5 teams eligible for the 3 remaining spots. Conga by virtue of 3 teams that could finish at 7-6 even with loses, because of match ups, at least 3 teams will finish at 7-6 are eliminated from the playoffs, and Beer Ducks and Tricksters are also eliminated by their records.
However, because of the difference of points, both of the 7-5 teams currently have over the 6-6 teams, they are both basically guaranteed a playoff spot which leaves 1 spot open for 2 teams.
Playoffs in this league are held in NFL play Weeks 14 and 15 with the championship in week 16.
So here are the games of importance:
Degeneration-X vs. Tark's Tigers DX is already in, but Tark needs a win, and jpieontheloose to not to make up the 45 point difference between them, which is not impossible. But with a win by Tark and a loss by jpieontheloose gets them in. A loss by Tark would need a loss by jpieontheloose and again for them not to make up the 46 point difference.
jpieontheloose vs. League_Champ:League_Champ by virtue of having more points than anyone in the league has secured a playoff spot pretty much. jpieontheloose however needs a win and a little help. If jpieontheloose wins and Tark's Tigers loses, then jpieontheloose is in. But if both jpieontheloose and Tark's Tigers win, then jpieontheloose has to outscore Tark's Tigers by 46 points, which is possible several teams this week scored 105-130 points and 2 teams scored over 180.
