Ok Football Freaks...here's the first of this year's "Quickie Contests" that I mentioned in the prize list. With three spots for winners this year, ties are almost a certainty if done the way we did it last year. To try and help avoid this problem, I'm going to be throwing a few of these quickies in from time to time. Whomever wins one will get a registered win for that week, even if they don't win the weekly pool. So be sure to pay attention to the "QUICKIE CONTEST" posts, as they are valuable tools to help boost your standings. And remember, anyone can play at any time, even if you didn't start playing at the beginning of the season.

This week's question: WHO WILL BE THE FIRST TEAM TO BEAT THE NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS?
Following is the list of the remaining games for the 20-win-streak Pats. Since many may pick the same team, you MUST also post HOW MANY POINTS YOU THINK THAT TEAM WILL WIN BY. Example: Buffalo by 4 points. Ties will be handled the same way they are in the tiebreaker points rules for the weekly game. (If you pick the Jets, you must specify the upcoming Pats home game or the 16th week Pats away game at the Jets.)
So...simply post the team you think will FIRST defeat the Patriots and by how many points. That's it! As soon as it happens, that player will recieve a win for that week, regardless of regular-pool picks. (P.S. You MAY choose "Pats go Undefeated" if you so choose)
