This is from the Entertainment Weekly interview this week with George Lucas. Not an internet site or from someone's brother who used to take out the garbage at ILM or something, but from the man himself.

He was asked if there was any chance of further episodes being done and replied straight forward that there will be none. He has no desire to do anymore and has locked them so that no one else can, either.

What's interesting is that he also said "...someone may do a spin-off for TV or Sci-Fi Channel or something, but the story of the Skywalker family is finished."

At least leaves some hope that a mini-series on the Hyperspace Wars or something could come along. 😎
