🙂 Did anyone watch Today's Special the children's educational show when it was on television?
If you did, what did you think about the tickling scenes in a couple of the episodes? 🙂

I thought they were very cute, I remember watching those episodes with wide eyes when I was a kid.

was that the show with the black lady and all the puppets?? If so, I still remember those episodes: jody getting her feet tickled. Let's say, it stirred me up...*ahem* Is that show still running on any stations.

Yep, that's the same show. With Muffy the mouse and Jeff the mannequin lol it was really cute, I never missed it growing up.

I remember that show. It was one of my favorites when I was a child. There were a few really good tickling scenes like the one with the feather on Jody's feet and the one when Jody began tickling Muffy on her sides. That was a great show. When Nickelodeon was worth watching.

Hmmm, I don't know which episode but I can tell you what happend...Jody sat in a chair and took a long feather and began tickling her own feet through her nylons and laughing. I was good.

Damn, I feel old now. There was no Nickelodeon when I was a kid. No wonder I never heard of the show in question.

OMG Jen I am with you....I was like I have never heard of this show. Then I saw Nickelodean, I am like no wonder. It does make me feel old. My favs were Wonderama, Captain Kangaroo, Romper Room etc...

Damn I used to watch that show all the time. I missed that episode where Jody tickled her own feet. Too bad, well maybe one day we will see it in re-runs?

I don't remember a mine on today's special but I do remember "Pinwheel" having Cocoa the mime.
In today's special I missed Jod tickling her own feet but I do remember one where her nylon feet were tickled by the mouse puppet.
In fact the mouse told her to take off her shoe because she was a foot doctor and wanted to examine her feet. I'll have to try that one!
