Tom Waits

Just curious....anyone a fan of this outstanding musician?

He's put out some really fantastic records.

Tom Waits is one of those musicians who for me, I recognize the considerable talent and unique style, but it just isn't quite my cup of tea. He's absolutely one of the best at what he does, but I'm not personally into it.

I first stumbled on him in the collection of Cole Porter songs done by various artists "Red Hot & Blue". Amazing.

My interest in him has grown as I keep running into him in Jim Jarmusch movies; he also writes unique songs for those and others.

I'm a fan.
