My Top 3 would have to be...
1. Rihanna (She doesn't act like a tough girl, but I'd still love to see her tickle tortured because I simply don't like her.)
2. Tiffany "New York" Pollard (This self-proclaimed "Head Bitch in Charge" most definitely needs to be taught a lesson in humility.)
3. Karen Angle... or Jarrett or whatever (I know her persona on TNA Wrestling is just an act, but it's extremely annoying and I'd love to tickle the hell out of her.)
