Hi everyone,

I’m assuming that many of us are in a relationship with someone that does not share our fetish. My wife is not one of us, is extremely ticklish, is okay with quick tickles, and will consent to longer tickle sessions to make me happy or in exchange for something.

During sex, I like to tickle but my wife is not a ticklephile. However I have noticed that when I touch (but not necessarily tickle) her ticklish areas during sex — bottoms of feet, neck, sides — she gets really turned on and will climax a bit faster.

Anyone else with similar experiences?

In my experience, there have been two reactions from my partners when I tickle them during the act.

1. Distracts and brings them back from the edge. The tickling brings them back from their building climax and makes them squirm and laugh and beg for more sex, less tickling. I use this to prolong the delicious hanging at the edge of having an explosive orgasm, but not quite there. The tickling makes a wonderful roller coaster of sensations. Take them to the very tip of an orgasm, then back them off with tickling, only to build them again to that wonderful sexual peak. I've found it makes the eventual climax much more explosive and ultimately deeply pleasurable.

2. The tickling ceases to be "tickle ticklish" and becomes deeply "sexual ticklish" for my partner. There seems to be some point of arousal when the tickling actually adds to their sexual arousal. I've had very ticklish partners who can't bear being tickled normally, actually ask me to tickle them when they are in the throes of intense sexual arousal on the path to an orgasm.

Over the years, I've found several positions (without bondage) for intercourse that make it impossible for my lover to wiggle away or escape my tickles, particularly for those in the first group. It makes for some amazing sex for both of us.

I'm not in any relationship now, but a while back I was with a girl who wasn't into tickling. But I got her to like it by stimulating her private parts, and alternatively tickling her lower abs, going back and forth, while whispering in her ear. She ended up liking it. Unfortunately I could not pursue it with her because we did not stay together long, but that definitely seemed to work. It was not planned, but I think I instinctively knew what would work to get her to like it. But I don't know if this would work with everyone, probably not. I think some people find being tickled very annoying, and would ruin sex, but for me it heightens it, and it seemed like it did for her.

My wife has become a fan of receiving oral sex while being tickled. She know thinks the added tickling makes the overall sensation more intense so primarily I'll give her hips a tickle while doing the deed or occasionally depending on position I'll get her feet

Yes. I have had similar experiences and I bet many ticklephile and non-ticklephiles have as well. Foreplay and intercourse are in and of themselves a series of "touching" sensitive spots, done in a multitude of ways. Thus IMHO, said "touching" of these sensitive spot is a form of tickling and if done\timed correctly can speed up and enhance a climax.

This is a homework assignment for everyone, so study hard. There will be a test later... ;0)
