Created by a Japanese fan, this is an actual, direct tribute to Deus's Tower of Gargalesis. You actually play as the same Lady Venus from Tower. It is all in Japanese, but it's such an amazing find, I just had to share it with everyone.

Deus, if there were ever any doubt that you weren't appreciated enough in your mind, let those doubts all vanish now. Here you have a very clearly meticulously crafted tribute to your creation. If I could find the original creator's email address or something I'd offer to write to him for you, if you felt the desire. But I'm afraid the board I found it on was anonymous. Clearly though, there are a lot of Japanese speakers watching *our* forums, so I get the feeling that if you want to say anything to them you could easily do so just by posting in this or your thread.

I've only tried the first few moments, but it looks interesting! Too bad it isn't in English. The number of these tickling RPGs really seems to be ratcheting up!

I was gonna try to translate this using google translate to get the base of the dialogue and then use my own brain to correct those horrid translations. But I gave up since none of them make any sense. One the the translations went from going on about feet, armpits and thighs bing tickled to pillows being tickled all over
 
I think it's incredible that the Japanese scene is mirroring ours as we are to them. I really hope they understand we're all together in this. <3

Hope we have ambassadors in place to communicate these things.
 
This game is the one we know of around here as the LOL or Labryinth of Laughter right up top. Can't miss it.

The author had updated the game once in several months ago, and here is the link: http://www1.axfc.net/uploader/C/so/121904.
To download this, you should fill the keyword(キーワード):"kocho" in the blank, and then press the button under the blank. In the download page, press the link that named:＜ダウンロードする | click here to start download. ＞ and wait until the download start.

The game was written in Japanese. It's better if you could read some Japanese, or you may have a little trouble in understanding the story.

This actually isn't LoL. It's a different game, a direct tribute to ToG like the OP says. You actually play as Lady Venus from ToG in an original setting, though many of the same characters are present, including a fairy and the dryad.
 
If i may ask given the down time waiting for the next installment of LOL. Would Jaynin Xtreme and the others or have they considered translateing this one as well?

Translation takes a fair bit of time, and to be honest all I can do is translate; I don't have the tools to actually change all of the text and convert the databases, so I'm really not the one to be asking.

I know how to do the editing as well as have the tools!

I've translated this game, except for one part. I do not know how to get to where you translate the activation of specific skills. I checked all over the database and on the maps, but I've found nothing. If anyone can help me, I'd be really grateful.

This is awesome, but it is still untranslated after you fight the first human. It switches back to Japanese. I think it is great that you've translated it!
 
Thanks for the translation. It's a good game, though the dialogue after the first human fight does revert back to Japanese. And is it just me, or does it end after the 2nd meeting with Dryad? I tried to take the path to the human town and it said "This version ends here, thanks for playing", then a step down it says, "The latest version is now up, thanks for playing". Seems odd, considering all the different art pieces for characters in the graphics folder.

Regarding the length of the game, it is a pretty short one. I think the only altercation that you'll have here is the one human. There are a few little dialogs afterwards though.
 
If you are getting the message "UmePlus Gothic フォントが見つかりません"
It means you need the UmePlus Gothic font.

But now I have "ﾌｱｲﾙ Ａｕｄｉｏ／ＢＧＭ／Ｓｃｅｎｅ７　が見つかりません。"
Which basically means It can't find BGM scene 7.
Do I need the full program to play this?

I downloaded the 30trial and was able to play. Short but sweet, thanks =)

I wonder if that's the same zip file I have. I dl'ed it from somewhere a couple months ago. Is that the same or has a newer one been released in the last....say, 4 months?
