You know we've all seen a movie that sucked before because they put the best parts in the commercial, or it was just edited in a way to make it look awesome. They have some talented people out there that take totally benign trailers and recut them and add their own music to make them look like something different. The Mary Poppins one always makes me laugh, because it actually looks scary as hell.

I only had time to see the Scary Mary one, but it made me laugh my ass off!

Editing is definately a boon when it comes to modern cinema. I remember hearing about one heroic and audacious sould who decided to commit the time to re-splice the Phantom Menace to marginalise the ill fated Jar Jar experience. From what I have heard, the movie was quite a little more bearable to watch.

That was, until George "fat wallet (or ass)" Lucas sent his guilded legal hounds after the brave revolutionary and forced him to take it off the net.

Kind of like forcing drug companies to take strong pain killers off the market, if you ask me.
