"I think I have a right to be scared, I just don't want to die."
 
Ok ok fine you two escape I'll hold them off just long enough for you two
 
"Alright, c'mon Sassy, let's find a Fire Exit, there's bound to be a couple around here. It's best to avoid a direct confrontation, especially since i'm pretty spent from taking out the lights."
 
(OOC: (Patrick, would you mind toning down your powers? It's great that you're finding them out, but I think you're jumping into it too soon. I mean, Casey's not even aware of her other powers, except for the mind reading. Try not to overwhelm the thread dear. Noone likes to rp with characters that seem godlike >< I love you anyway though 😛 )

*looks out the window at the government agents* I remember them being tougher*giving a small hint at his past*
 
He ignores Patrick, looking out windows for a fire escape, wanting to stay on the top floor in case the other floors had people going up. He blinked, noticing an emergency exit, pushing open the door to reveal a fire escape, however, it was rusted and in extremely bad condition.
"Well then... I'll go first, okay." He steps carefully, and after a short ladder jump, he was on solid ground. "Alright, Sassy, you next!"
 
*Casey starts descending the letter and then jumps at the last six steps*

"Ok, so now what?" Casey asked, looking around.
 
"Well, to help the more mentally instable patients, they built this hospital next to a forest for a nice view, so I say we cut through there, avoid the junkyard, and find a way out of town." He walked over to the sound of tree''s rustling, revealing a forest, just as he said, "Local History 1 never did seem like a useful class, but I guess i'm eating my words." He walked in between the trees, motioning for her to follow.
 
"I guess you're right." Casey said, as she followed Demitri, examining the tree. "Do you think he'll be ok?" Casey asked referring to her friend Patrick. "Also, maybe we'd have an easier time if we could somehow sense which way to go? Anyway, do you know how to climb trees?" Casey asked Demitri ruefully.

((OOC: Haha, way to involve trees into it 🙂 Case ycan climb well, though she don't know that yet, plus buildings, lmao xD))
 
"He spit out a sniper bullet, if he isn't okay, that means they dropped a nuclear bomb onto the area." He smiled, "Hell yeah! I've been working on this special technique to climb really good! I bet it works on tree's, i've only really used it on buildings."
He rubs his hands together, putting a small vacuum on both of them, pressing one against the tree, causing his hand to go through the tree, scratched and bloody. He pulled it out.
"Can you climb trees?" He asked, with a sheepish smile.
 
"No, never been good at that kind of things. Well, *puts a feet against the trunk and grabs onto a branch, easily pulling herself up onto one of the branches* "Well, I stand corrected" Casey said, her eyes widening.
 
He clapped his hands, "Wonderful!" He lies against another tree, watching her. "When you get to the top, see if you can find a clearing or a way out of town!"
He nodded, it was a small town, it's only big feature the hospital, which was the only reason most people came to it. The forest couldn't have been farther than one to two miles, and a small clearing would be a place to stay for the night, in his opinion.
 
*walks out the doors* "YOU FREEZE!" screamed the agent"PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR HEAD! AND TAKE THOSE GLASSES OFF!" ok fine*takes his glasses off and shoots his lazers at the agents stunning them* bastards*blinks once and puts his glasses on and finds the other two while walking in the forest* HEY GUYS!
 
"Yeah, ok" Casey said, as she continued climbing to the top,and using her tail to keep her self upright as she looked around* "Seems like there's a clearing about a mile northwest of here" she said, looking through the leaves to Demitri and Patrick.
 
He looked at Patrick, and shrugged, "Alright, let's stay there for the night, either that or we get out on open plains and desert right next to a road!" He walked in that direction, "We're officially, FUGITIVES!" He grinned, raising his fist up.
 
*jumps out of the tree landing on her hands and feet, then gets up and brushes herself off*

"Oh joy, yesterday I was a straight A student, today, I"m a fugitive on the run. What would my parents think?"
 
"Haha, straight F's and I stole a desk out of the teachers lounge."
He grinned.
"Well, worst case scenario, your dad takes up drinking and your mother kills herself."
"..."
"Yeah, mind I said worse case."
He shrugged, "Lovely climbing, by the way."
 
YOU'RE WELCOME! *mutters to himself* ungratefuls*walks along the road muttering to himself*

*rolls eyes* Were you expecting a thank you for trying to get yourself killed? *turns to Demitri* Thanks, I try. *narrows eyes* What do you mean worst case scenario? Pfft, and here I thought my worst fears were being ambushed by bullies and my older sibling *chuckles lightly to herself*
 
"Hehe, and you succeed." He looked over at Dmitri leaving, "Seems he's headin' off on his own. And to be honest, my worst fear involved being hurt by the mob, I was doing a professional vigilante thing for a little bit..."
 
(Oops sorry) *thinking to himself* great it's the goddamn lab all over again I do something to help someone out and yet they don't thank me*sighs* why the hell do I even bother?
 
*glares at Patrick* Hello, I can hear your thoughts. *mumbles darkly under my breath*
 
"Reading thoughts, I never thought that was a good power. Some people just have odd thoughts." He shrugged, walking into the clearing.
"Ah, nature! I'm gonna find some sticks to build a lean to and a fire, anyone want to help me out?"
