I don't speak Spanish, but Portuguese is similar...

Maybe a Spanish speaker could help translating everything, but the essential part I could understand: unfortunately, she said that she's not really a ticklish person. She says something after that like "So... Yes and no"

She didn't say she isn't ticklish, but by her answer it depends on her mood and she isn't ticklish for real. Just a little bit, not even a little to be honest...

Also, she said that she couldn't really understand the question. But, saying for myself, I couldn't understand what she said after that...
