Yep you heard that right! Basically it's normal truth or dare, and double dare is still double dare, while promise is like swearing an oath, while electric chair is being tickled.

Wow, nope, never played that one. On the one hand, I wish I had the opportunity because the idea is exciting to me, but on the other hand, I probably would have been too terrified of it back then. Who knows though–It sounds like the perfect excuse to tickle without looking or feeling too out of place. Did you play this often and with how many? I'm also now curious if anyone else played this version...

I agree it is the perfect excuse. Unfortunately didn't get to play much, it just used to be played during break times at school with whoever wanted to join.
