Trying to find illustrated story

Hi,

For some time now I've been trying to locate an illustrated story that was first posted a number of years ago. The story uses real photos with captions and involves a woman who is being held for ransom. Her captor writes a ransom note on her bare soles and ends up scrubbing off the message in the end. Any help in finding this will be greatly appreciated.
