I thought it was Titus, but I can't find the reference.

A guy hires an woman to babysit him and she tickles him and then asks her to do it again. Its NOT Will and Grace...differenet scene.

Driving me crazy that I can't remember the darn title!

Was it Three Guys a Girl and a Pizza Place (or whatever the hell that show was called)? I never saw the scene but vaguely remember hearing about it.

Was it that show awhile back on HBO called "Dream On" with Brian Benben? I never saw it, but I guess one episode had Louise Fletcher tickling Brian several times.

Nope. But since you mentioned Titus, the episode The Session mentions a characters foot fetish a few times.

However, tickling and foot fetishes not withstanding, Titus is a damn fine show, and everyone here should but the complete series on DVD. Now.
