I'll give you two pics.

I mentioned I was on a diet/exercise program, and a few people asked what I looked like "before".

Sooooo, here are two pics.

The first is me two years ago, when I was at my heaviest. 46 inch waist, 285 pounds. The second is me now. 36 inch waist, 215 lbs.

I'll try to be brief.

No more soda-diet soda or spring water only. No more fast food. No more white bread. Spinach wraps or wheat bread. Small breakfast, small lunch, whatever I want for dinner, as long as it is one serving only. No more chips and pretzels or candy. Dry roasted, unsalted peanuts only.

Exercise three times a day. In the morning with a video called "Walk Away the Pounds" with Leslie Sansone. Once after work at the gym. Once at night, jog around the park.

I don't follow any of those "South Beach" or "No Carb" diets. Once you go off them, the weight comes back on. Also, I have one day a weekend that I call "treat day" where I can eat whatever I want, just not out of control.

A couple of observations here. Camel, I've got to say you are a very beautiful woman, just going by the pics I've seen, like that last one, and the short hair does suit you. A lot of girls can't pull that off, but you do 🙂
