Turning the dial?

It just popped into my mind and I don't know is anyone else ever thought of it.
But if you were to have the ability to turn the dial or change the amount of ticklish sensitivity on each part of your body, how would you use that ability?
Here are the list:

Off: Not ticklish
On (Lowest): Barely ticklish. Only react when caught off guard.
" " (Lower) : Slightly ticklish, barely giggling.
" " (Low) : Sort of ticklish. Starts giggling somewhat
" " (Mid) : Practically ticklish, more likely to giggle.
" " (High) : Ticklish. Giggles sometimes go high to laughter if well spotted.
" " (Higher) : Very ticklish. You'll most lightly to laugh.
" " (Highest): Extremely ticklish. Laughing hard and sometimes go hysteric.

And that's pretty much it. Oh and the opportunity to lock that mode so it doesn't change whenever you don't want that to happen. This question is mostly for those that are ticklee or switch.

I'd probably put all my dials up to eleven. I'm often not very ticklish (except for a couple spots), and I can really hold still for it most of the time. Id' like to experience desperation xD

Several years ago, some jerk ran up to me and cranked every dial up to "Highest." I then got pushed into the ocean, which caused water to seep in through the dials and short-circuited my entire system. Upon being washed up on shore like a helpless piece of driftwood, I could not help but feel just how utterly ticklish my entire body was.

...wait a minute...these aren't ticklishness dials - these are bottle caps! Someone stuck bottle caps all over my body! Aaahhh!!! *runs away*

I'd actually like to turn one or two of mine down. My problem is often that I'm too ticklish, and instead of laughing and getting the adrenaline rush from that, I just thrash and fight like one of those crocodiles you'd see Steve Irwin wrestling. The intense "ESCAPE!" signal in my brain often drowns out the actual tickling. :/
