Why rar?
Winrar is meant to split clips bigger than 2 Mb, because bigger clips cannot be posted here. Other people can use the same program to join the files. This clip is a .wmv file of 1.75 Mb, so you don't have to use Winrar to split it.
Besides, this clip has already been posted on:

together with parts 2 and 3.
