Hey Everybody,

I want to pose a question to both the LERs and LEEs:

In tickle play, Lees, do you prefer to be tied up and if so, which position? If not, do you prefer to be pinned or held down by the LER, and if so, why?

LERs: Do you prefer tying up your Lees or free form tickling where its more like wrestling or a tickle fight?

Lastly, LERS and LEEs, do you liked to be gagged during a session, and if so, why and how long??

For me, I prefer a mix of being tied up and free form tickling where I get to wrestle and play fight with my LERs! Its sexy and it keeps things interesting!

As for Gags: I like them!!! Maybe not for the whole session, but I definitely prefer tape as opposed to a ball gag!!!

I think you're going to find, for the most part, that many of us have the same answer to your query as you do.

With variety being the spice of life, I think the majority of people will find that bondage and non-bondage both have their place. Of course, you'll find those who are anti-bondage, which is totally acceptable. You'll also find those that insist on it, even if it's a playful tickle between friends. These are the crazies, and I'd stay far away from them.

As for gags, people will undoubtedly have stronger reactions, but I think those that do enjoy them will also take them in moderation.
 
I definitely want to be tied up with as little possibility to move as possible. My favorite position is spread-eagled. When pinned down I have to constantly worry about hurting my ler, which means I can't really let go.

Gag is an absolute no-go.
 
Hmm...as both a lee and ler I definitely prefer tied up to not. As for gags, I've never been a fan. To each his or her own. 🙂
 
I like to start off with a tickling wrestle match then once you tire the lee out, tie them up since they can't resist. I love ball gags, but they're not as important and typically just for a little while...
 
I like simple bed bondage, and blindfolds.

I like slow erotic tickles gently teasing the lee 🙂
 
I definitely prefer to mix it up as well. I think its fun to be tied up in different positions, but I also like the tickle play in wrestling and/or tickle fights, especially depending on the LER.

As for gags, I'm not a fan of ball gags, although Ive tried them a couple of times, and it was only for a a short period of time. If my LER insisted, I would prefer the tape over the ball gags. Tape is good for Kidnapping/interrogation/tickle play too!!!!!! Most of the LERs I've played with, did not want to use ball gags or tape during general tickle play.

Sounds like you're in full agreement with Bratty. Funny, because Bratty herself posted a similar thing a few minutes ago, which I thought was strange that she was agreeing with herself. Then it disappeared...

Ah well, glad to know that there are so many people into tape gags who also have a 5 in their username! 🙂

I would agree with a lot of what you said. Like I would find it fun playing around and wrestling. Almost trying to capture you in a way. I also don't mind gags a little bit. I use it in a taunting way lol but also love to hear the lee laugh[
 
I have always preferred the spread eagle binding as tightly as the 'lee can stand while still being comfortable. That way, I can tease and tickle at my pace while the 'lee is driven out of her mind! Gags...nah! I want to hear the giggles, laughter and pleas, unless she is a screamer. Then I'd have no choice but to gag her to save my hearing! 😛
 
I think it depends on how ticklish the lee is. Most of the people I've played with actually request being tied because the feeling of helplessness while tickled is part of the experience. However, there have been a couple women who wanted to practice "self-bondage". They wanted to see if they could hold their legs steady while I tickled their feet for example. It was fun/cool to see how long and to what extent my lee could maintain in position but still laugh. As for gags I've never had tried them. But would like to try it. Good topic🙂
 
I need to be tied up for the ler's protection; I might kick her if unbound.
I prefer the "inverted Y" position: arms overhead and ankles spread.
 
Prefer some sort of restraint for both "lee" and "ler" safety and fun. Never a gag because I think it is very exciting and a massive turn on to hear the "lee" say things like "I'm so ticklish", "Please don't tickle me there." and stuff like that.
 
I've never been a fan of bondage either for myself or my tickle victim, kind of like a free style type of tickling either myself or whoever I'm tickling can lay on they're back or stomach pretty much whatever make her comfortable
 
Depends on the comfort of the Lee. But I love tiring them up as well as free form. And a huge fan of gags whether tape, ball gag , or some other improvised material aka bandana.

Agreed, that's first and foremost. Count me amongst those who have mixed it up and enjoys doing so. It's good to try different things anyway so sessions don't start feeling stale and repetitive. I tend to make some shrewd purchases of both bondage equipment and random household items (think Home Depot) that can be used in different, creative ways and, especially when used together, can make whoever is on the receiving end pretty super-immobile. By the same token, if I'm playing with someone who's nervous about the prospect of really immobile bondage and wants to go lighter, we can do that as well. Concerning how long, that's definitely up to her. 🙂

Now, if we're talking what my favorite kind of play is (from the LER perspective), it's definitely bound fairly tight and without a gag. There are a few reasons for this. First, the very ticklish are going to thrash around quite a bit so I consider it more of a safety issue for the both of us. Same thing regarding lack of a gag, because communication is very important to me. If my LEE has had enough and needs to call "RED", I want to be able to hear that clearly. If I do happen to use a gag, I'm more careful about the session. I'll watch more closely for breathing patterns, talk more to her and ask for "yes" or "no" answers to questions so that she can nod accordingly. Another good tactic when using a gag is to have a LEE hold something in her hand like a hand towel and tell her to drop it to the ground when she's had enough (assuming she doesn't accidentally from the tickling itself). Consider it kind of like a boxer's manager throwing in the towel to stop a fight. No bondage can be fun too. I've had partners who have enjoyed trying to fight their way out of my grasp while I sit on/hold them down and tickle them. You just have to watch out for those pesky moments where a hand/foot gets loose and you're inadvertently popped. 😉

For me, tickling is all about spontaneity. These elaborately planned out "sessions" to be executed at a particular date, time, and location utilizing this particular device and this particular safeword...that doesn't really interest me any more. I like it most when the recipient doesn't know it's coming. Even if that recipient is me.

I like to mix up both. Tickle fights and tickle wrestling is fun. Spontaneity can be wonderful if you have a connection already. HOWEVER, I love bondage both as a ler and a lee. For safety (I don't want to kick or get kicked,) and because if they're bound I can focus more on tickling them and less of holding them down. My favorite position us actually bound arms up to a hard point with a spreader bar bound to points on the floor. Gives full, wide open access. Think standing spread eagle. No tickle spot covered up!!!
 
As a 'ler I prefer the 'lee to be tied for safety reasons mainly for both 'lee & 'ler, but to keep the bondage just loose enough to give them wiggle room. I don't care for gags..I like to hear the laughter plus gives the 'lee better breathing. Of course if I could I would love to be able to induce hypnosis for hypnotic bondage and hypnosis induced tickling as well as other perks 😉
 
I rather being pinned down, it's sometimes better than being tied to the bed. A little ropes and gags doesn't hurt anyone, too. If I had to be tied, I guess I'd like to be spread eagle (never happened 😀) I guess I am more into casual tickling, more like on the go tickling. Like having fun anywhere at anytime, instead of being dragged to a dungeon! 😛
