It depends on who's tickling me. I think one's reaction may differ, depending if the tickler is they type of person he or she wants touching them.

Are the video producers participants in this great web site?

The video really nails it on the non-ticklish type. Ticklers, is it not as frustrating as anything you can name to try to tickle someone who isn't ticklish, especially someone you really want to be ticklish?
