I'm impressed with your accomplishments during that ad break 😀 The incessant stream of advertising and promotion on both radio and TV is a pet peeve of mine because it repeatedly interrupts the flow of the program or sporting event that I am trying to focus on. I wish there were an Adblock Plus for broadcasts! 😉
 
I have one question: Why did you decide to go on the Tyra Banks Show, other than the fact that the episode centered around " Weird and quirky fetishses?"

The show isn't about "weird" fetishes, just about fetishes that everyday people have that Tyra's viewers may not be aware of. The show really wanted to use us because other than being an interracial couple, we are average ordinary people, so are the other guests on the show. THANK GOD they didn't use someone who didn't appear normal, imagine they used someone who looked or acted crazy, imagine what people would have thought about our fetish then. The producers had the good sense to find appropriate people to represent what they are into without making any of the fetishes look like something sexual devious or stupid. In the end, I have no control how the show is going to portray the fetishes it discusses, but I sincerely doubt that the producers will backstab all the guests and alienate EVERYONE who has fetish who happens to watch the show by making anyone with a fetish look stupid. Tyra asks, How freaky are you?" But that's meant in a good, lighthearted way, like what do you do to "get your freak on!" It was all in good fun, I think it will be an interesting show for anyone to watch.

Another tickling producer told me about it, and gave me an email address. Within 30 secs of emailing one of the producers from the show, I got a phonecall! They were looking for a couple to come on the show, so my initial curiosity (which I thought it had to be BS) led to the show pursuing Tasha and I to do the segment. It was great though, because one of Tyra's production team has our fetish and really insisted that ticking be represented. Guess there will be more to chat about after the show today!

Just saw the segment on tickling and I must say that you two handled it very well. I wouldn't have had the guts to go on national television to talk about it, so thank you. I did feel bad for the girl with the diaper wearing fetish. She seemed uncomfortable on stage by herself, and it didn't help with everyone laughing in the audience. I wish people were more open minded. Gotta get back to watch the rest of the show. Peace!

I have to say that is one fetish that I had trouble relating to, but she was alone and brave for expressing herself. I mean, if people laugh at a tickling segment, so what! But I did feel bad for her as well.

im sorry, but i have to say this

i have to admit that i thought that the show was kinda of bad...on different levels.

for one i think that it is unfortunate that a f/m couple went on instead of a m/f. I think that most people outside of the community would think it's more strange for a guy to like being tickled then a female. I also think that most people would be more open to a chick being tickled then a guy. That just gives them more reason to think we're weird.

also, on the TMF alot of people we're pissed off at Tyra Banks for reacting the way that she did and saying things like.."what was that?" and "this is weird", but my whole thing is, i don't think it was a good idea to introduce the world to the tickling community by showing such a dramatic tickling clip of Tasha and Tommy in stocks, using tools, doing the "tickle talk", having their feet directly in front of the camera, and all of that. Of course that would freak people out. Sometimes less is more. Personally i was shocked that they did that. People in the audience were even laughing AT the videos as if to say.."this is stupid".

I also don't think that the tickling fetish was explainded at all. Yes i know Tasha made an attempt to explain the difference between a "lee" and a "ler", and Tommy said that it's a form of foreplay. However, Tommy also said that the way that he got into tickling was because as a child he was tickled as a form a punishment...which is weird all in its self. So now people outside the community are going to think that the only way to have a tickling fetish is to be tickle tortured as a child. And Tasha, was introduced to tickling only when she met Tommy, so neither of them have been into tickling since the day they were born like most people with the fetish.

It's hard to explain the tickling fetish, or any other fetish i think, if it wasn't in you from the begining.

But, Tyra banks is a bitch for trying to make fun of the fetish and not just the tickling one but all of the ones that were on her show. She made a show just to make fun of people...and it worked.

We still look like freaks..but so what we're still awsome.

Thanks for the link papi. I thought overall it was a success. They were both intelligent normal looking people who were also well spoken. I like the fact that he talked about the online community being very large. It seemed a joke to Tyra but she was respectful until the very last thing she said. Overall I think we were portrayed as "normal" everyday folk.
