Since I've seen how TV shows air, and even had to create and direct one episode of a talk show (I'll admit it, it was really amateur!) let me make some assumptions.

I seriously doubt Tyra got tickled. Everyone, please....calm the fuck down.

Okay. She's just the host. She's presenting a subject. This is what I was talking about, about representing the community. Some of you assume that whoever was invited on was supposed to immediately grab Tyra and start tickling the shit out of her.
...at which point security would arrest them and throw them off the studio lot.....

Several fetishes were discussed. What if spanking was discussed. What are the chances that Tyra bent over and let some stranger spank her ass on national television? For those of you who don't live in reality...ZERO!!!

She probably just met them in the green room, welcomed them, told when when to come out....and that's probably it, folks! Sorry! Has anyone ever done a quick news interview? "What did the tornado sound like?" and stuff like that? You meet the reporter for a few seconds, and you never see them again. I doubt Tyra sat him and Tasha down and told them her life story. They went on her show, did whatever they did, which they probably can't talk about.,...DUH! Look at the film world - EVERYONE who works on practically every set except maybe a Carrot Top or Pauly Shore movie can't talk about or leak pictures or video of anything about the movie. Even the stars and the director.

They probably interacted with her for a few minutes, excluding the taping of the show itself, and that's it!
....."Maybe she sat them down and told her she was secretly a tickle fetishist, and booked an hour tickling with them...!"

Uhh, NO, sorry folks, life doesn't happen that way. Again, learn to seperate fantasy from reality..... How many people here have had just the hottest girl they've ever seen reveal that they love having their feet tickled, and asked them to tickle their feet all night long? Probably never...or they can be counted on one hand...that lost a few fingers. Or the hand was filled with money...but that doesn't count!

As for TickleAbuse...I actually never really paid attention/liked their stuff, until they of course started doing pantyhose tickling. But lately I've become a fan. Tommy has actually applied the idea that I've been yelling for a while - create a good scenario and you don't need an absurd, lengthy, bad acted script. A good scenario is always better. It's like comparing "The Fugitive," when Tommy Lee Jones enters and says "My, my, my, what a mess!" to the train crash....thus setting up his character for the entire film. Instead of, the stupid opening of the second film, that needed an entire opening sequence to set his character up, and had less effect than the first one. One of my favorites of Tickle Abuse was where the girl lets the other girl's boyfriends tickle her (Damn!, and the setup's not even complete!) so Tasha tickles her until she hates being tickled! And the look she gives Tasha before she starts getting her feet tickled, that arrogant, pouty, yet ready to get tickled again, look, those little things make a good video. That's how to set a story up!

I'm looking forward to seeing it. I can't make any judgements until i see it, but if it gets the fetish out there as a positive and shines alittle light on it then good deal. I too hope tyra got tickled some (especially her feet..kinda my thing) but either way it should be fun to watch. Kudos to you and Tasha going on the show Tommy.

Hey every one has an opinion thats cool. Many around here think FM Concepts sucks because they believe most of the tickling is faked. Maybe most of it is but damn those girls have nice feet! kind of have to look at it from their perspective...if she did not get tickled..and folks find out..then maybe some wont watch....as in everything...i'm sure all parties involved from the people who run the show to the people who were on it want as many people to watch as possible...this is the best hook to have....so being mum about it will get the most viewers just cuz people want to know....hey we might be pleasantly surprised and it might happen..then maybe not....either way..at least the show got made...and someone actually wanted to make it...so for that its a victory..Like i said i hope she does get tickled..and might be a tad dissapointed if she is not.,...but hey it could be a heck of a show anyhow... plus tasha is a beatiful woman too....guess we will have to wait and see.

I will say that everyone will not be disappointed in the show. I cannot say too much more because I honestly don't know what will or won't be included in the end. I can say that I think Tasha and I made a good impression!

A month ago millions of people didn't know what a tickle fetish was or that there is a community for it. Now they know.


Yes, my point exactly. The show covers other fetishes as well, and though it may not reveal anything that you or I don't already know or haven't seen, the next time any of us try to explain to our friends, our significant others that we have a tickling fetish, it may not seem as unusual to them. We will in some part have Tyra to thank for that. Tyra's show will help break the ice for us, to get other people to participate in something we love. Tyra didn't do the show for our entertainment by getting tickled but to educate everyone else that there is such a thing as tickling and other fetishes.

Will you see tickling? Yes, of course you will see some on the show. It won't be Tyra, though I begged and pleaded, that did not happen. But we did "win" and gained some legitimacy, though I can say I don't need anyone's approval to love tickling, it just makes it that much easier to express it to everyone on the outside. So if anyone is thinking that they won't watch the show because Tyra didn't get tickled, that is just sad, very sad. I know the overwhelming majority of TMF members cannot wait to see the show, and if in fact they at times feel awkward about their fetish, they may feel a little more confident after. I cannot even say how the show will look in the end, that is out of my control, I just know what I contributed, its up to the producers to present the content.

Tyra was just the medium - it could have just as well been some other talk show. Tyra was open enough to have this on her show.

I can't believe it, of all times not to be around here much and I miss something like this!!! That is something I would have done, too! Why didn't Tyra's show contact me!

Two nights ago, I even came up with something that would have gotten me past the nervousness that doing something like this would have presented...

But to get back on topic, let me say that I could not possibly care less whether or not Tyra gets tickled. There's no earthly way for me to feel more apathy about it than I already am. I'm completely and utterly incapable of manufactoring even the smallest microbe of interest.

Secondly, while I think tickle is almost always a cool thing to see on national television, I must confess a little skepticism when I hear what a great and wonderful thing this is for the community. Are you saying that since more people will know that a tickle festish exists, then this forum as well as the social events associated with it are going to have more people?

I'm not in very many of the loops when it comes to video production or daytime talk shows or very much else that's involved here, but I could have told you that the proposition, as initially described, didn't sound like there'd be any tickling of Tyra, and when I first heard it suggested I assumed it was universally understood to be a "yeah it would be nice" fantasy. As for her not wanting to be tickled, guess what: Most people don't! That's what makes us an obscure little fetish community--see? What's more, it's a talk show. Even when she and Janet Jackson had their much-watched conversation about farting, it's not like they got up and turned around and started demonstrating, you know? I know I'd like to see it become at least a little bit familiar to people. I mean, if I were gay, I could tell people I'm gay and have them at least know what I was talking about, and while acceptance is by no means universal, it's a lot better than it was 40 years ago.
