It is definitely the theme of the week lol - I have some more pics to preview along those lines later too!

As for Leeann, she wasn't nervous at all - she was one of the most chilled-out, cheery, happy models I've met in fact. She thought it was all good fun and hopefully she'll be coming back in the future!

Neither shoot worked out in the end unfortunately, as Emma-Kate wasn't ticklish and Lauren turned up but didn't want to shoot video. These things happen - I'm shooting another new model tomorrow and hopefully I'll get something good out of that one at least!

Meanwhile, I have a certain two-girl combination coming up next week that I think will be very popular anyway 😉

Not that many that are completely unusable (even in Emma-Kate's case I shot some non-tickling footage for my Nylon Tease store), but there are a few where the model isn't remotely ticklish, or they are but their reactions aren't going to fit in with what people expect to see. This is probably the case with about 20-30% of new models.

Sometimes I just don't feel the model looks right in the shoot or I don't like the way the scenes come together and so they don't get released. In many cases, the models get worn out after a period and so certain scenes aren't good enough, or they get cut disrupted for various reasons and end up not being usable. On the whole I'd say at least 40% of the content I film will never get released even though it may be usable - I'm fussy though! 🙂

I think that is one of the key areas that some of the complaining group misses is the costs associated not only with the successful productions but all the ones that turn out not usable. Keep up the good work Turtle.

I'm not doubting you...working customer service has opened my mind to every possibility of illogic you can imagine, and then some more after that!

I also wonder how many people know about unused footage, and models not being ticklish - there have been actors and extras let go from normal movies, because they weren't right for the role, etc. (The most famous case being Back to the Future, where Eric Stoltz shot much of the movie, but was replaced by Michael J. Fox.) (This is why I LOVE behind the scene stuff, aside from the interest level on it, it also shows the general public what it takes to shoot a video.
"Duh, that looks easy! I can do that!" Yeah, until you try to do it yourself!)

Why don't you do like TickleHaven, and release some of the tossed aside clips, for a cheaper price, or on your pay site, just so people could see the effort? Some people may end up liking it anyway, you never know! Most of my artist friends will throw work away, that someone will dig out the trash can...and frame!

She was an agency booked model (more trouble than its worth, but has helped me find some great models) She had specifically said that she doesn't do video work due to her mainstream acting work, but was kept in the dark about the shoot. She was a lovely girl, and I genuinely don't think it was her fault so I ended up paying half her train ticket anyway. Just pitfalls of the business...

As for the unreleased footage, I do intend to put some of it on the paysite as bonus material under a specific section. I don't want people to think that I will use the website to use up unwanted material though so I will wait until I have the section up and running first! 🙂
