To my other question, - Is anyone doing anything to stop the law, and do you think it will be permanent?

Here's how this would go down in America - with our Freedom of Speech, the law wouldn't even get passed.
BUT, if it did, folks like Larry Flynt, Hugh Hefner, feminist groups who support porn (some do, some hate it), freedom of speech advocates,
regular folks, Libertarians, artists, etc. would raise hell and oppose it. People would condemn it in social media and news paper articles would oppose it, while some
would support it.
All of this would be moot when the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) files their lawsuit saying it's unconstitutional, and the Supreme Court would over turn the law,
this court, conservative and liberal members, all usually always take a united front when it comes to freedom of speech, the only issue where they are thankfully united.
(Many of the rulings have been 8 to 1, or 9 to 0.)

That's if anyone bothered to enforce the law anyway, we may have laws against porn now, that are rarely to never enforced, depending on your jurisdiction.

HERE'S SOME SOLUTIONS from America's past:

-First off, yeah, gags are annoying, but I know some people like them. You don't even use that that often, so getting rid of them wouldn't really make a difference
in your store, unless you have a huge "gag fan base" out there. You may not even need to get rid of the saran wrap videos, since many of yours are pretty tame and silly,
a girl laughing her ass off, but again, you don't use that that often....

-What porn producers did in the 70's and 80's was, just put a "plot" in their videos, call them short films, and then they were producing "art."
Your Art would just always end up with the girl being tickled. It'd be a little time consuming, and honestly, your fans can just fast forward to the tickling
if it really bothered them - (I never understood why some people hated the "plot" thing, even 30 seconds of plot, when they can just skip ahead...if it's that or no
new videos at all, that kind of answers itself.) There are SOOOOOO many options you could use and reuse, it would never get old.
For example, You could shoot "movies" about cute girls who have tickle fetishes who go get tickled to relieve the stress from work or something: Girl gets out of car,
goes to your studio (just call it a Tickle Spa or something) and they get in the chair or table and get tickled. Repeat for all the models, or do something different.
Start off with a title screen and end with "The End" and you now have a short film!

I think you'll be okay, but if all else fails, take a plane to America every now and then, I'm sure the American models would welcome you!

It's unlikely that the law will be changed again anytime soon however, but it comes down to how heavy-handed they are in the enforcement of it...whether examples are to be made, etc etc

To be honest, I was never a fan of gagging anyway. To me, that blocks the view and the sound of laughter, both of which are appealing to me. So as far as I am concerned this whole ruling won't impact what I will purchase from your store. Mainly interested in tickle torture without anything else mixed in.

I do have quite a few clips that feature gags in part of the scene, even though I don't like using them myself. In my clips they are always a practical consideration (of the neighbours), and not an attempt to role-play a more melodramatic type scene or to give the sense of 'non-consent' as they are sometimes used to do - in other words, they are a neccessity rather than a choice. I will probably go through and take down the existing clips with gags in the very near future, including some of the mummification scenes - this means many clips with Angelina, Ruby and Sarah unfortunately since they are the loudest! I will also be avoiding gags future clips, but will continue to use them in custom scenes that don't go up for sale. In future, if a scene gets too loud I'll most likely just have to stop shooting it!

I think you'll be okay, but if all else fails, take a plane to America every now and then, I'm sure the American models would welcome you!

Even that wouldn't work unfortunately unless I relocated to the states. The law is designed to target the location of the editor (and uploader) of videos, regardless of where they are filmed or even hosted. My site can be located in the US or elsewhere and consist entirely of material shot outside the UK but as long as I live here and produce the clips, then I am bound by the same restrictions!

It applies to all videos...not necessarily mummification, but anything where the bondage appears extreme or severe, or where a gag is used whilst the model is bound - even if it is clearly all in good fun! I'll be going through and taking down some videos that may cause me problems (not many), but will try and notify people beforehand.

We have a ridiculous Government unfortunately, with a Prime Minister who is on a personal crusade against 'obscene' porn. They've already pushed through measures forcing major ISPs to block adult websites by default - despite the majority of people being against it. It's all being done in the guise of 'protecting children', but no one believes that!

Unfortunately not. She was originally a replacement for Holly but then she couldn't make it because her car broke down. Her reason was genuine though as she's the one model I know who is always 100% reliable!

I'll hopefully be able to get her back in over the next couple of weeks, meanwhile I do have Jasmine booked in again for this Friday with Charley which could be a fun shoot! 🙂

Funnily enough, I actually stumbled across her store the other day (no, I wasn't shopping for ball busting clips) She's still going but seems to have changed her name again, and removed all reference to being UK based. I can't remember the name but it was very generic so you'd probably assume it was another US store at a glance. It makes sense, as I guess that's the only way you can be based here and put out the harder content - a lot of UK dommes have moved over to session work only.

You ban cigarettes, people will create a black market. Ban video games, nerds will create their own and sell them to people under the radar.
Ban porn in the UK, UK models will just claim they're not operating out of the UK! The USA is slowly having a Libertarian take over, finally. It's ashamed
that the UK doesn't go that route, but you never know, it may be happening slowly there also.

I know, I think the UK's actually a relatively liberal place to live on the whole (we have married gay priests after all), which is why the new laws are so out of place..and a lot of people feel the same way. Wyoming sounds good to me though - I'll keep that as a plan B 😉
