A really good trick to do when you have a lee tied to a bed with her underarms exposed is to suck her nipples as you tickle her underarms. My undersarms are *definitely* ticklish, way more ticklish than my feet. And I'd second what was said about needing restraint to be tickled there.

One note though: It's easy for a tickler to get a little "carried away" and tickle too hard. (That may be especially true if the 'lee isn't restrained.) And poking too hard there hurts!
