I know you can't see any tickling, but there is someone down there tickling her feet. I managed to snap this picture before the tickler came back up for air 🙂

You were at a pool, saw someone get tickled and snapped a pic? Thats slick! Was it a male or female that tickled her and what was her reaction?
 
Makes me wish I were the one down there tickling her feet. 😀
 
She laughed like in the pic for a bit before starting to jump around and really squeal! It was a male tickler around her same age.
