Unexpected tickles

I was recently reminded of a tickling incident involving my house mate and some of her friends.
None of them were into tickling specifically, which made the whole thing a surprising and wonderful thing to witness.
Not only was the tickle attack unexpected, the reactions from both her, and her two friends who totally destroyed her, are etched in my mind even years later.
That got me to wondering. Has anyone observed any really surprising tickling scenarios?
I'm talkig ones that seemingly came out of nowhere yet ended up epic.
I've told the whole story before so I won't repeat it. Lol
Feel free to ask though, if people want more details. 😁
 
So, this was at a birthday party. One of my friends was sat opposite me, talking to me - a fairly serious woman, the kind of person who you somehow feel should be in a suit at an office even when she was sat in casual clothing at a party. One of her housemates was going past her, and politely asked her to move out of the way. She moved to do so, and then her friend abruptly pinned her to the chair and started tickling her ribs and armpits.

She instantly broke into frantic giggling and squirming as her friend kept tickling, still cooing into her ears "could you move out the way please?" as she held her still. It only lasted for about 5 seconds before she got out a "you're stopping me getting out of the way!". Her friend feigned surprise, went "oh yeah, sorry!", let her go and went on her way.

The thing is, given her general demeanor, I'd expect her to hate being tickled. But instead she just chuckled, shook her head, somewhat apologetically said to me "she keeps doing that!" and went back to the conversation.

It's not the most severe tickling I've seen, but it was probably the most surprising given the lee was probably the least likely person I'd expect to be the victim of constant playful tickling, never mind to be seemingly ok with it.
 
I think I might have told this story. There was a girl back in high school that I had a crush on. If I remember correctly, her sister and a friends started tickling her at the lunch table. It seemingly started happening out of nowhere because there didn't seem to be much of an exchange beforehand. I think it was one of those instances where intrusive thoughts took over and they decided to tickle the crap out of her. she just sat there, rocking back and forth, laughing herself into a frenzy, her face turning red and she was pretty much trapped. It was a table that had a bench on both sides for seats. They were on either side of her, so she really had nowhere to go. Her choices were to allow herself to fall backwards onto the floor of the cafeteria or literally sit there and laugh until they decided to stop. It was amazing, but I had to pretend I wasn't absolutely into what was happening and was trying to look everywhere else but at what was happening literally right in front of me.

I love it when someone who you don't expect to like tickling seemingly doesn't mind it. And her friend .......... WOW!

That's a great story!
My reaction while viewing the tickling of my house mate was similar. Try not to act so transfixed. Try not to miss any of the action. All while pretending it's a perfectly normal occurrence. 🤣
 
There was a girl named Wendy where I was going to school at. She had fair ivory skin, long dark hair, and was dressed in skirt, and blouse. As we were just hanging around in a hallway one of the guys grabbed her from behind pinning her arms together, and tickled her sides, and tummy for like 30 seconds. She erupted into hysterical laughter, and got red pretty quick as she sank to the floor barely able to stand up as he was tickling her. She was often teased, and two or three other students joined in on her torment but it subsided fairly quickly, and she got a good two or three slaps on the guy who started it.😂He was always a prankster, and did things like that to everyone, but that definitely had to be my favorite prank ever.
Wendy was good natured about it, and probably even enjoyed the attention so I stored that away on my memory bank as a positive, and fun tickle encounter. Pretty unexpected as it came from out of nowhere but it just fueled my own interest in teasing, and tickling and made me find my own ways to bring a smile to other "Wendy's" that I would come across.
 
Ok so no joke this REALLY happened! However remained professional as it was in a work setting, but the background was in a sad circumstance reality. My supervisor & former supervisor experienced an unexpected death in their bosses’ family late June, both Boss 1 (former) & 2 ( now) are going to the wake & funeral tomorrow & over weekend and both were in the building. Their boss left for the day to prep I’m sure. I found sticky notes & note pads that I thought were creatively well written & useful for them using decision making for interviews, planning priorities, positivity messages- what they need to get through the weekend & beyond. It was just the three of us mind you.

Gave it to Boss 2, Boss 1 looking and both laughing at the messages & thoughtfulness. Boss 2 said “ Thank you Kay Kay”, ( my nickname, real Katie) and at the same time, she took her short but obviously very effective nails and squeezed my arm/ ran her nails for like 10 seconds over my short sleeve work shirt and smiled ! OMG! One wouldn’t think but it tickled so freakin bad while Boss 1 looked on and I just said you’re welcome. Now mind you I was THIS close with NO nails to losing it, but if Boss 1 did that WITH nails as she had long natural curvy ones in the past & luckily she cut them, it would’ve been all over & into a crouching position on the ground for me or literally going into Boss 2 🤣
 
I mean, in college a few times hanging out over my female friends' dorm, the one girl's boyfriend who was always with us would often tickle her in front of all of us and we would watch and laugh. She had some of the most ticklish feet I've ever seen. A few times he would grab her plastic hairbrush and use it to brush the bottoms of her feet and she would be in hysterics crying to us for help. Obviously it was all fun and no one was in any serious danger. She wasn't mad about. It was a funny situation. Id say I witnessed him scrub her feet with a hairbrush probably two or three times through my college years.

Besides that, I cant really think of too many other unexpected or random tickling moments.
