Unexpected Tickling?

I apologize if this has been talked about before. If it has been, I didn't see it the first time around.

Has anyone else been unexpectedly tickled? What I mean by that is tickled by someone not into tickling and not provoked by you to tickle them.

It happened to me the other day. I was studying for a test with this girl I barely know. I was kind of rambling on about the subject (history), and out of nowhere, she started tickling my sides! I'm still not sure exactly why she did it (not that I mind).

No, I didn't tickle her back, even though I probably should have. I was kind of surprised and wasn't sure how to react, so after squirming away, I just kept talking and didn't really acknowledge the tickling.

Although, we're meeting again, and I think I will tickle her back at our next meeting...

I was racing one of my coworkers to the front of the queue, and she started tickling me to move me out of the way. I think it was unfair, as she was wearing a big coat and didn't react when I tried to get her back.

I still got served first; I pushed her out of the way. 😀

Aww, well I think it sometimes happens just because somebody might be thinking 'such and such is so cute'. It is plain flirtation! But in her case, I think it may be have either been that or because she was very bored with the lesson you were giving her and wanted something else to do. Or she likes tickling too...

I didn't have much of a reaction because the tickling only lasted a few seconds. I kind of jumped out of my seat, stopped talking for a few seconds as I squirmed away, and continued talking within a few seconds.

But in her case, I think it may be have either been that or because she was very bored with the lesson you were giving her and wanted something else to do.

On a side note, I have this girl in another class and we met at the library along with two other girls from the class. (being a teaching major definitely has its advantages as far as having about 25 girls compared to 5 guys in the class LOL)

We were talking about the assignment when all of a sudden this girl says, "Look at this," and she pokes me in the side. Then she said, "He's ticklish," and poked me again. I kind of gave an embarrassed smile and said, "Yep, but I bet she's more ticklish." I poked her back, but she didn't really react. According to her, "I've never been all that ticklish." As she said it, she made sure to poke me one more time.

It was a bit disappointing, but I kind of think it's possible she lied. Throughout the rest of the night, every 15 minutes or so, she'd say, "Look at this" and poke me in the side just to get me to jump. The other 2 girls didn't really say or do anything except smile a few times. (probably wondering what was going on)

dude! that is like one my fave fantasies! only it would lead to being gangtickled by all three...!

I'm not sure this counts or not..

But my co-worker will sometimes walk by and poke me on both sides of my ribs. I think he finds it funny that I squeal when he does that. I don't provoke him at all. Just be standing at the nurse's station filling out a sheet of paper and he'll walk past and gently poke. Not that I'm complaining. I've playfully tickled him a few times and he absolutely HATES it when I do.

Another update on this girl:

My study group was meeting again, and she was late. Thre rest of us were sitting there in silence when one of the other girls in my group said, "What's with her tickling you all the time?"

I just said, "I don't know. I guess she just gets a kick out of seeing me squirm."

Anyways, the other girl jumped in and said, "Tickle her back."

I reminded her that the last time I tickled her back, I didn't get a reaction.

She said, "Everybody's ticklish. She's just holding it in. If you get her by surprise, I bet she'll react."

They then said that I should get her back when she shows up. They said, "We'lldistract her by talking about the reading assignment, and then, you tickle her."

Well, we did just that, and it worked. One minute, she's looking at them, listening to them talk. The next minute, she's out of her seat, trying to get away from my fingers and laughing. The best part was that the other two girls got in a few pokes at her, too.
