Unkown cartoon tickle clip ?/fff

Not only it's a bad quality, but it's also hard to see.
 
I don't care what anyone else says, I liked it a lot!! Sorry i don't know where it is from.
 
The shows title

Its from a show called the triplets it was on cartoon network as well as teletoon in canada also know as Les Tres Bessones" in Catalan and "Las Tres Mellizas" in Spanish my oldest daughter used to watch it. The adventures of three sisters Ana Teresa and Elena not sure which episode this is hope that helps
