uploading video clips to the TMF

LOL Actually... We have several things on tape (some of which we don't even know where it's from). I got a set to pull clips to CD. But, it won't merge the sound and video properly. If one of you guys is able to pull clips from tapes, I'll send you a copy.....provided you make them freely available. Hopefully, someone will actually do this. I sent the tape to a couple other folks who just ended up keeping it to themselves. Grrr! :rant:

I'd volunteer to do it in a heartbeat...but my problem is always time! With two little kids and a job that requires the occasional travel and all the other stuff going on its almost impossible these days to sit down and clip these things! However, I do have the equipment and would be willing if no one else can!

Thanks, toyou! We'll see what happens. I may hook things back up and see if I can figure out what the story is...or just get a new set. Is there one that you (or anyone else) can recommend?

Once things quiet down a bit around here, I'm going to be pushing to get my own list finished and available. Maybe folks can simply add those they have that I don't and save some time...though I know it will still take time to see what they have. It's just an idea anyway, not a necesity at all. :rotate:

Sorry....by "lemme know something", I just meant let me know if you need help with the transfer from VHS to the computer and I could take care of it for you.

Ahhhhhhh, okay. lol I may pick your brain to see if I can get the thing working. If I can't, I'll send you the tape and let you pull them. I wouldn't worry about it. But, some are ones I've never seen clips of.
